I met Jeff while I was employed as front desk manager of a 45-employee Salon & Day Spa. He was 'our computer guy' and always there any time we needed him to install new software or troubleshoot computer issues that came up. He made sure he was there the day we went live with a completely new system...it could have been scary, but thanks to Jeff, we had our safety net! Jeff has lots of patience and is a good teacher. He explains things in laymen's terms, never making you feel silly if you do not understand.
That is why when I left that business to begin my own Bed & Breakfast, Jeff was the person I wanted to set up our computer and our reservation system. With so much to manage in a new business, it was wonderful to have someone we completely trusted to do the right and the safest thing. Over the years, Jeff has given us hands-on training on our computer with things such as e-mail, copying files, backups...things that just make it easier to function day-to-day. Jeff has saved us several times already by retrieving information and working on the phone with tech support to get things right for us. We love Jeff and his work ethic and hope we never have to be without him!
