Offsite Services Pricing (Telephone Support below)
Note: Prices below are for OFFSITE work. You deliver your computer to our office.
| Simple Troubleshooting | This is for working systems. It is a diagnostic review of all hardware and software to determine the state of the system. When finished, a complete report will be given, with suggestions and costs, if any issues are found. | $75 |
| Simple Reload | Erase the disk and reinstall Windows and all security patches, using Client's Windows software and key. It will be the higher charge if the CDs with the required drivers are missing. All data and e-mail will be lost and all software will have to be reinstalled. | $95/$125 |
| Deluxe Reload | Reinstall Windows and all security patches, using Clients Windows software and key. It will be the higher charge if the CDs with the required drivers are missing. All data and e-mail will be saved. All software will have to be reinstalled. | $145/$175 |
| Basic System Secure | Installing all security updates and patches. | $75 |
| Deluxe System Secure | Basic System Secure plus installing software, with updates for two-years, for protection from viruses, spyware and hackers trying to access your computer. | $167 |
| Basic System Tune-up | Diagnosing and resolving issues of system reboots, lockups and poor performance. This also includes the elimination of viruses and spyware. This may eliminate only 85-90% of viruses and spyware. In these cases, they will still be present but they will not significantly affect performance. Some software may not work and may have to be reinstalled. | $195 |
| Deluxe System Tune-up | Basic System Tune-up plus installing software, with updates for two-years, for protection from viruses, spyware and hackers trying to access your computer. | $287 |
| Backing up Data | All identified data will be copied to a an external disk, CDs or DVDs, depending on the media you want. The price is dependent on how much data is backed up. | $125-$250 |
| System Optimization | Inspecting your computer and making changes to increase the performance of your computer. This does not include removal of viruses or spyware. | $125 |
| Basic Software Installation | Installation and setting up of a Client's single software package and all related patches. | $35 |

Telephone Support Pricing
Per Incident Telephone Support
We are able to solve the vast majority of computer problems over the phone.
The price for telephone support is $30.00 per 15 minute
increment.
Note ALL time is billable, including preliminary troubleshooting.
Please note: Intercomp will always work with you to ensure that
Incidental support is appropriate for your situation.
First time clients are still entitled to a free
consultation before deciding whether to engage incidental support
services.
In the event your problem requires an onsite visit, we will waive charges for time spent on the phone beyond 15 minutes. We are almost always able to determine whether a situation requires onsite work.

We offer discounts on pre-paid blocks of telephone support hours:
Pre-pay for 3 hours: 10% off ($324.00)
Pre-pay for 6 hours: 20% off ($768.00)
